These terms are the agreement between you and Intimacy Metrics when you use our website, web app or mobile apps. By using the service, you are agreeing to them, so please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use Intimacy Metrics.

1. What we offer

  • A relationship health and intimacy survey.
  • A free summary report and personalised scores.
  • Paid features, including the 12-Week Growth Journey and in-depth partner reports.
  • Tools such as daily check-ins, the AI coach and date-night ideas.

2. Who can use it

You must be 16 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

Keep your login details private and make sure the information you give us is accurate. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Using the service fairly

Please do not:

  • use the service for anything illegal;
  • try to break into, disrupt or overload our systems;
  • share your account with other people;
  • submit false information, or use the service to hurt, pressure or monitor someone else.

5. Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are taken securely by Stripe, Flutterwave or Paystack. Unless we say otherwise, purchases are non-refundable, this does not affect any rights you have under consumer law, including the right to cancel within 14 days in the UK and EU where it applies.

6. Our content

Everything in the service, the survey, reports, text, design and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You are welcome to use it for your own relationship, but not to copy, resell or build on it without our written permission.

7. Your privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Please keep in mind

We work hard to make our insights useful, but we provide the service "as is". We cannot promise every result will be accurate for your situation, that every suggestion will work, or that the service will always be available without interruption. Intimacy Metrics is not a substitute for professional counselling or therapy.

9. Our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses that come from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law says it cannot be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after that, you are accepting the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes will be handled by the Nigerian courts. If you live in the UK or the EU, you keep the protections of your local consumer laws, and where your law allows it you can still bring a claim in your own country.
